Doctoral Program

Course of Advanced Legal Studies

This postgraduate course, offered in both the first and second halves of the doctoral course, aims to foster not only education researchers but also qualified lawyers and experts who will be able to lead our society, whilst also providing education for working or foreign students. These multiple objectives have been set to complement our focus on the differences in social roles in both semesters. The first semester of the doctoral course provides not only a basic education for those students who are looking to go on to the second semester of the doctoral course and want to become education researchers in each field, but also special jurisprudence education of an appropriate level for each career for those students wishing to become experts/leaders leading university-graduate middle-management executives. To this end, students acquire advanced expertise or qualifications after starting their careers and after finishing their first semester. The second semester of the doctoral course aims to satisfy the needs of those students who have finished the first semester and are looking for a career in education research. The students may continue to develop and deepen their special education research.
The course also aims to respond to the demands of the times by striving for an advanced level of integration with special knowledge of related subjects. Thus, a system to realize these purposes is introduced and students can further acquire a wide range of knowledge in jurisprudence and form ideas of compound eyes.
