Application Forms for the International Exchange Student Program under the Academic
Exchange Agreement at TOKAI University
Application forms for the International Exchange Student Program at TOKAI University are available for download.
To apply for the International Exchange Student Program, your home university must have an exchange agreement with Tokai University, and you have to be nominated by your home university.
Note: Prospective exchange students for Tokaifs Hokkaido campuses (formerly called Hokkaido Tokai University) should visit the links from the Campus Map page(INTERNATIONAL STUDENT PROGRAM FOR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES).
Deadlines:
November 7th for spring semester (starting from April of the following year)
April 15th for fall semester (starting from October).

If a student wishes to apply for the Japanese government scholarship (¥80,000/month), the host university needs to submit additional documentation.

EEach university can recommend up to 3 students .
EStudents who receive another scholarship for studying at Tokai that is worth more than ¥80,000 per month are ineligible for this scholarship.
