I looked for a place which is reasonable, spacious and close to my campus. When I arrived in Japan, a Malaysian friend let me stay at his place for about a week. While staying there I looked at around five places that meet my preferences. Then I decided on this apartment room which is perfect for me.
Before coming to Japan, I worried about many things because the culture and food of Malaysia are different from those of Japan. Once I started my college life here I find the university and its surroundings are great and I am enjoying my comfortable life.

I have cereal for breakfast. For lunch I have a halal dish on campus. The halal food on campus is inexpensive and provides many choices so I never get tired of it. I usually cook for evening meal. During Ramadan, my friends and I often gather at a friend's house and we have dinner together.

volunteer club

I belong to a volunteer club and an English club, and we have activities three times per week. I have made a lot of Japanese friends as well, and my Japanese has improved.
