Professor Ishizuka previously worked as a high school art teacher and has also been involved in local revitalization projects rooted in hands-on learning. At the same time, he's crazy for the Beatles, which he discovered in middle school, and currently researches innovations in their album cover art. He speaks broadly here on the power of design, from local revitalization to the Beatles.
