入学後に履修する必修の英語科目は能力別クラスを編成して授業を運営いたします。
本テストの結果により能力別クラスの編成を行います。
適切な英語能力のグループで学習するため必ず本テストを受検してください。
期限内に受検しなかった場合、クラスの発表が遅れる場合があり、適切な能力グループにあてがわれなくなります。
※再入学者はGTECを受検する必要はありません。
※過去にGTEC受検経験があっても、過去のテスト結果を利用することはできません。入学時の英語力を測るテストなので、期間内に必ず受検してください。
English Proficiency Test (GTEC)
First-year students will enroll in required English courses according to their English proficiency as measured by the GTEC and the results of this test will be used to place students into a proficiency-based class.
Please take this test so that you can register for the appropriate required English class group.
Not taking the GTEC by the deadline may delay your placement and will result in you being placed in a class group which may not match your level of English proficiency.
Note 1: Students who are re-enrolling are not required to take the GTEC.
Note 2: Even if you have taken the GTEC in the past, your previous score cannot be used for placement in required English courses. Please take the test within the designated period so that your English proficiency at the time of enrollment is reflected in the placement.
