品川キャンパスでは４月23日に、ジェッダ大学（サウジアラビア）一行の訪問を受けました。当日はマナジ・ハッサン・ムサ・アルカアナニ副学長、アナス・アハメド・モハンマド・アハメド工学部長、モハメド・ハッサニ・ラマダン・カルカタウィ部長（データマネジメントオフィス部）、サウジアラビア大使館文化部アカデミック・アドバイザーのモハメッド・ビルキア様が来訪され、本学の三角育生教授（情報通信学部長）と懇談しました。三角教授より本学の沿革や品川キャンパスの学部・学科、カリキュラムついて説明がされた後には、マナジ・ハッサン・ムサ・アルカアナニ副学長から留学生の受け入れや研究交流の可能性についての質問が相次ぎ、今後も本学と交流を深めていきたいとお話がありました。
On April 23, the Shinagawa Campus received a visit from a group of faculty from Jeddah University in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the day, Dr. Manaji Hassan Musa Al-Kanani, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Development, Dr. Anas Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed, Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Mohamed Hassani Ramadan Kalkatawi, Director of the Data Management Office, and Mr. Mohamed Birkia, Academic Advisor from embassy visited our campus and talked with Dean Prof. Ikuo MISUMI. First, Dean Prof. Ikuo MISUMI introduced the university history, the departments of Shinagawa Campus, and its curriculum. There were numerous questions about the possibility of accepting international students and research collaboration from Dr. Manaji, who expressed a desire to further build a cooperative relationship.
